Requirements
- Have 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of closing positions.
- Have strong sourcing and search skills.
- Have a strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC.
- Be presentable and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Provide your own laptop, phone, and internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates against client requirements.
- Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining.
- Maintain candidate records and updates in the ATS.
- Bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities.
