- Have deep knowledge of a specific industry or role specialisation.
- Be able to win client relationships.
- Be able to manage a search from briefing to placement.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be self-driven, accountable, and ambitious.
- Show genuine care for clients and candidates.
- A GCC network is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build a client base in the industry or niche you know best.
- Run searches from the first briefing through to a signed offer.
- Source, screen, and present candidates to clients.
- Build recognition as a trusted name in your specialisation.
- Share market insight and ideas with the founding group.
