Requirements
- Have 2+ years of full-time professional experience.
- Have 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Understand accounting workflows and financial processes.
- Demonstrate communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Be able to manage multiple customer implementations independently.
- Be comfortable conducting virtual training and customer onboarding sessions.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, SaaS implementation, or client onboarding is preferred.
- Experience working with bookkeeping or accounting firms is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Experience with CRM and customer communication platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, or Slack is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, software implementation, and training sessions.
- Guide accounting and bookkeeping firms through their first 90–100 days as customers.
- Conduct virtual onboarding calls, product demonstrations, and follow-up training.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer questions during implementation.
- Help customers configure workflows and adopt accounting software effectively.
- Monitor onboarding progress and support customer retention.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests for internal product teams.
