Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work and process.
- Experience leading client discovery sessions and workshops.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and design thinking.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Government clients is a must.
- Must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and user needs.
- Define technical and business requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Build user scenarios and strategic UX deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and implement design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and improve existing user interfaces.
- Test and validate design concepts before implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and document findings.
- Track and analyze UX metrics to inform design decisions.
- Mentor, train, and support UI/UX team members.
