Requirements
- Have 2+ years of sales and/or healthcare experience.
- Bring experience in prospecting, lead generation, and developing new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Be comfortable conducting outreach by phone, email, social media, and other business development channels.
- Demonstrate networking, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Be able to research markets, identify opportunities, and develop market intelligence.
- Work independently, proactively identify business opportunities, and manage priorities.
- Be comfortable in a KPI-focused, results-oriented environment.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiting, client services, and other internal teams.
- Organize and manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred; staffing industry experience is a plus.
- School or education experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business with new and previous clients to drive SBU growth.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contacts within the assigned territory and market.
- Identify opportunities for new job orders, accounts, and revenue growth.
- Research market trends, rates, credentialing requirements, and competitive activity.
- Identify client needs and work with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and other business arrangements.
- Collaborate with recruiting and client services to support clients.
- Maintain accurate client, prospect, contact, and activity information.
- Develop business plans, share market insights with leadership, and manage activities against KPIs.
