Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Have 10 or more years of experience spanning graphic design, brand design, creative marketing, design systems, and UX/UI design.
- Bring deep Figma expertise, including libraries, components, variables, FigJam, and Buzz.
- Have built and governed enterprise design systems.
- Demonstrate command of Atomic Design, responsive design, web design, and user experience principles.
- Bring expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Have motion graphics and animation experience.
- Have designed presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with software development and product teams.
- Use AI-powered design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, governance, and evolution of Edmentum’s design systems and Figma component libraries.
- Shape and maintain brand guidelines and the visual identity.
- Design scalable, accessible web experiences, templates, and UI solutions.
- Create marketing assets across digital, social, email, web, presentations, events, and print.
- Partner with Product, Development, Marketing, and content teams to deliver a consistent brand.
- Create animation, motion graphics, and video.
- Improve workflows, documentation, and AI-enhanced design practices.
