Requirements

- 5 or more years of experience in technical project management.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems is a plus.
- Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and QA teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and address roadblocks to support successful delivery.
- Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to the audience.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to meet project milestones.
- Work with product managers to align projects with strategic objectives and customer value.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.
