Requirements

  • Be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Have 1-5 years of sales experience; healthcare admissions experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a track record of exceeding performance targets, particularly in sales or client admissions.
  • Have experience with Salesforce.
  • Be able to work a shift-based schedule as listed in the application questions.
  • Be proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus.
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Build rapport and gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories.
  • Communicate financial policies, payment options, and potential financial assistance programs.
  • Maintain client records in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet time-to-admission and client-satisfaction KPIs.
  • Communicate promptly with prospective clients, families, and referral sources to advance admissions.
  • Maintain an understanding of Charlie Health's services and explain its clinical model to clients and families.
