Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in technology, logistics, supply chain, carrier management, or last-mile operations.
- Demonstrate a track record managing external partners or vendor relationships in a performance-driven environment.
- Bring strong analytical skills, including building models, interpreting data, and translating findings into decisions.
- Be able to negotiate, influence, and build trust with external operators and internal stakeholders.
- Have experience structuring and negotiating carrier contracts or MSAs.
- Have SQL or data visualization skills, such as Tableau.
- Experience with DSP networks, gig delivery platforms, or courier operations is a strong plus.
- Startup or scale-up experience is valued, including the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-tier DSP network strategy across national, regional, and local providers.
- Identify market gaps and capacity needs, and source and onboard new DSP partners.
- Build frameworks for DSP tiering, preferred partner programs, and performance-based volume allocation.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, margin, supply economics, and long-range planning.
- Manage key DSP relationships and negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
- Lead business reviews with strategic DSPs and drive accountability against performance targets.
- Own supply KPIs, including delivery success, on-time delivery, cancellations, refund rates, and support ticket resolution.
- Maintain DSP scorecards and performance improvement plans for underperforming partners.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Merchant Success, and Support to resolve systemic supply issues.
- Analyze delivery data, identify root causes, and implement operational improvements.
