Experience: 12+ years of progressive strategy, operations, or GTM leadership experience
Required Skills: SQL

Bring 12+ years of progressive strategy, operations, or GTM leadership experience.
Have a proven track record driving supply-side growth in hyperscale marketplace businesses.
Demonstrate ownership of supply-side growth funnel elements from acquisition through activation and retention.
Bring deep familiarity with B2SMB marketing and sales.
Demonstrate mastery of financial modeling and unit economics, including LTV/CAC.
Have owned complex enterprise growth models or departmental P&L outcomes.
Show the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Have a track record building, coaching, and scaling Strategy & Ops or GTM teams.
Demonstrate SQL proficiency, including defining performance metrics and conducting funnel analysis.
Be able to synthesize raw data into executive-level strategic narratives.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Provider recruitment and retention experience is preferred.
Experience leading B2SMB GTM teams in sales, marketing, or revenue operations is preferred.
Management consulting or strategy experience focused on executive-level growth decisions is preferred.
Experience leading technical projects or functions such as Marketing Ops is preferred.
