Requirements
- Have 1-3+ years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, strategy, business development, banking, analytics, e-commerce, high-growth or early-stage startup experience, or related experience.
- Have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.
- Be comfortable pulling and modeling large datasets.
- Be excited to use or learn SQL.
- Be able to work through large amounts of catalog or search data while catching errors.
- Be organized and detail-oriented, and own deliverables through to deadlines.
- Be able to turn insights into repeatable processes.
- Use or be eager to learn AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to speed up analysis and workflows.
- Be based in Toronto or Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Analyze search, catalog and customer data to identify customer needs and operational issues.
- Build dashboards that turn data into clear priorities.
- Support search, customer relationship management (CRM) and catalog quality growth levers across New Verticals.
- Plan customer shopping experiences and manage operational details.
- Launch on-platform tests and consult on CRM campaigns.
- Read experiment and campaign results and scale what works.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, product, merchant strategy and operations, account management, and analytics.
