Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience, including significant operations leadership experience.
- Experience managing large, multifunctional teams across accounting, tax, payroll, compliance, finance outsourcing, BPO, CAS, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of US accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance operations.
- Experience managing US-based clients or US-focused service delivery teams.
- Experience scaling operations within a high-growth organization.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, workforce planning, quality management, and process improvement.
- Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to automate operational workflows.
- Commercial acumen in cost management, productivity optimization, and service-line profitability.
- Big Four experience is preferred.
- QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, and Avalara are good-to-have skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable operations strategies across Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Compliance, and CFO Services.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery and maintain quality, accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Standardize operational processes and improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Drive process automation and operational transformation with Product and Technology teams.
- Establish quality-control frameworks, operational controls, and compliance processes.
- Build, lead, and develop operations teams, managers, and functional leaders.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for productivity, quality, SLAs, capacity, and profitability.
- Lead workforce planning and operational readiness for growth and seasonal demand.
- Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to align operational capabilities with business priorities.
