Requirements
- Have 5–8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles managing complex enterprise SaaS or AI implementations.
- Bring technical fluency in Python, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Understand cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have experience with enterprise system integrations and troubleshooting complex workflows.
- Demonstrate cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Have experience managing risk, resource trade-offs, and internal alignment.
- Have experience designing governance frameworks, including QBRs, steering committees, and KPIs.
- Be experienced in mapping legacy customer workflows to enterprise software solutions.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, or have equivalent practical technical program management experience.
- Preferred: exposure to IDP, RPA, OCR, machine learning workflows, or enterprise automation platforms such as Appian or Power Automate.
- Preferred: experience partnering with Account Executives on technical expansion opportunities and pre-sales architectures.
- Preferred: active PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Responsibilities
- Own technical roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria for enterprise deployments.
- Coordinate Product, Core Engineering, Delivery, and Support teams to resolve technical blockers and sequence resources.
- Map legacy workflows to platform capabilities and track deployment KPIs to support adoption and value realization.
- Partner with Account Executives to scope enterprise use cases, volume growth, and technical proposals.
- Establish deployment scorecards and lead executive steering committees and technical business reviews.
- Create reusable deployment playbooks, PMO templates, and integration patterns.
- Translate customer friction points into prioritized product and engineering requirements.
