Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience leading technical projects, defining scope, preparing timelines, coordinating delivery, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on Python programming experience, including developing and maintaining production-level code.
- Practical experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Practical technical knowledge of Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture, technical design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches, select tools, and make architectural decisions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing code, and coordinating technical activities.
- Ability to manage technical responsibilities across multiple projects while remaining hands-on with development.
- Very good English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Translate approved business concepts and client requirements into technical scopes, implementation roadmaps, and project timelines.
- Lead technical delivery of AI/ML projects, maintaining architectural consistency and engineering standards.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and NLP models.
- Write and review Python code and implement AI/ML solutions.
- Coordinate engineering activities, delegate technical tasks, and review other developers’ work.
- Oversee technical architecture and technology stacks across multiple projects, identifying opportunities for reusability and standardization.
- Evaluate frameworks, tools, and technologies and choose between custom solutions and existing platforms.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges and keep projects aligned with schedules.
- Act as the main technical contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and explaining technical decisions.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver projects.
