Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Digital Project Management or Web Project Management

Have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Project Management or Web Project Management.
Preferably have experience within a digital, creative, or web development agency.
Have experience managing website projects end-to-end, from client kickoff and briefing through design, development, QA, and launch.
Understand website production, including WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow CMS platforms.
Understand UX/UI, responsive design, and website functionality.
Have experience coordinating designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to client expectations.
Have working knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO fundamentals, and website strategy.
Be proficient in project management tools.
Have strong quality assurance skills, including identifying website issues and coordinating fixes before launch.
Have client management, communication, and deadline management skills.
Be highly organised and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Coordinate branding and website projects from kickoff through strategy, design, development, and launch.
Act as the primary client contact and provide regular project updates.
Follow up with clients for content and approvals.
Run regular meetings and clear project roadblocks.
Escalate issues when required.
Coordinate website quality assurance and fixes before launch.
Assist with the technical logistics of website launches.
Coordinate designers, developers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving.
