Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in component-based architecture, reusable UI patterns, responsive interfaces, and maintainable application design.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Radix UI, React Aria, and Storybook.
- Experience developing complex multi-step forms and data-intensive interfaces, including validation, conditional workflows, edge cases, and error-state management.
- Experience with React Hook Form, Zod, and SWR.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and server-side development, particularly Koa, gRPC, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to collaborate with Backend Engineers on API contracts, data models, and integration challenges.
- Experience translating product requirements and design specifications into production-ready applications.
- Understanding of release processes, including preview environments, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
- Fintech, brokerage, banking, or financial services technology experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with brokerage onboarding, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or embedded B2B applications is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, architecture, maintenance, and production releases for partner-facing web applications.
- Build and maintain an embeddable onboarding module for white-label and co-branded brokerage account opening.
- Develop multi-step onboarding workflows for individual and business brokerage accounts, including identity verification and compliance checks.
- Maintain partner-specific application builds using a shared codebase.
- Develop partner dashboards for managing customer accounts, investment positions, statements, reports, and settings.
- Build self-service tools for partners to manage business information, update account details, and add participants.
- Collaborate with Backend Engineers to migrate business-account workflows to a new API version.
- Improve front-end codebases through dependency updates, component alignment, and performance optimization.
- Translate Figma designs and product requirements into responsive, accessible production interfaces.
- Coordinate API contracts and contribute to the Node.js server layer, including Koa, gRPC, and PostgreSQL integrations.
