Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience building production web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Build complex multi-step forms and data-heavy screens with careful validation, edge-case handling, and error states.
- Work in the Node.js server layer behind web applications, including Koa, gRPC, and Postgres.
- Agree on API contracts with backend engineers and identify when APIs make the UI difficult to build.
- Turn Figma designs and product tickets into shipped features in partnership with design and product.
- Own release workflows from preview environments through UAT to production.
- Work independently, identify priorities, and take ownership in an ambiguous, small-team environment.
Responsibilities
- Own partner-facing web products from design handoff through release.
- Build and maintain the embeddable onboarding module for individual and business brokerage account applications.
- Develop the partner dashboard for viewing and managing customer accounts, reporting, and settings.
- Build self-service features that let partners manage business details and account participants.
- Rebuild business-account flows on a new data model in collaboration with backend engineers.
- Maintain two codebases and bring onboarding-module dependencies up to date with the dashboard's.
- Work directly with product, design, and backend engineers to shape and deliver features.
- Own releases through preview environments, UAT, and production.
