Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in the role.
Bring strong, hands-on front-end web development skills, with React or similar as the primary craft.
Have solid, hands-on Power BI experience sufficient to own report and dashboard delivery.
Have working knowledge of the Power BI data layer, including semantic models, DAX, and Power Query/M.
Have working knowledge of SQL.
Be comfortable learning and eventually owning an existing Python-based deployment and automation codebase.
Have strong written and spoken English for collaboration with technical, non-technical, and client-facing colleagues.
Have experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional or client-facing teams.
Be comfortable taking over and improving an inherited platform.
Bring design and usability judgment and an eye for improving deployment-process robustness.
Nice to have: experience with Power BI Projects (PBIP) and TMDL semantic-model definitions.
Nice to have: experience with Power Apps or Power Automate, design systems or Figma, or Azure Resource Graph, Log Analytics/KQL, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Build and improve user interfaces for internal tools.
Develop and update Power BI reports and dashboards.
Take ownership of Power BI report delivery and the report-deployment process.
Respond directly to Power BI requests from client-facing teams.
Define and document standard measures, naming conventions, and templates for consistent reporting.
Improve the robustness of deployment processes by reducing brittle, manual steps.
Help shape an internal configuration-management interface.
