Experience: At least 2 years of experience in dispatch, fuel accounting, logistics, bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
Required Skills: Microsoft ExcelCustomer support

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have at least 2 years of experience in dispatch, fuel accounting, logistics, bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
Have a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Have strong Excel skills.
Be comfortable working across multiple systems and with large volumes of transactional data.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Have problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Be able to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
Be available to work nights and weekends as needed as part of an on-call rotation.
An associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a nice to have.
Petroleum or fuel industry experience is a nice to have.

Make fuel purchasing and delivery decisions within established guidelines.
Monitor tank levels and usage trends, and plan deliveries based on inventory and average daily usage.
Monitor market conditions and adjust delivery timing when appropriate.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage fuel deliveries to customer locations.
Build working relationships with fuel suppliers and carriers.
Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests, and keep customers informed during issue resolution.
Review vendor invoice exceptions, correct errors, and resolve or dispute discrepancies with vendors.
Process and reconcile fuel purchases, deliveries, and sales across multiple systems, investigating discrepancies.
Track fuel inventory, costs, pricing, and volumes to support reporting and margin analysis.
Prepare customer statements, maintain supporting documentation, and partner with internal teams on reporting and analysis.
