Have demonstrated success establishing and managing program operations in fast-moving, technically complex organizations.
Have experience working with data, analytics, software engineering, technology platforms, or related technical functions.
Be able to independently manage competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including operational reporting, executive presentation development, and stakeholder coordination.
Be able to influence outcomes, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
Have working knowledge of project and portfolio management tools, methodologies, and operational performance metrics.
Be able to translate ambiguous leadership objectives into structured plans, deliverables, and execution routines.
Have strong analytical judgment and the ability to synthesize complex operational information into actionable insights and recommendations.
Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, business intelligence, analytics, or data product organizations is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern project management and collaboration tools is preferred.

Establish and maintain an integrated portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives, projects, milestones, and organizational commitments.
Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, product, and other business functions.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource considerations, and delivery milestones.
Identify delivery risks, competing priorities, and organizational bottlenecks, and drive resolution or timely escalation.
Establish operating routines for project reviews, action tracking, progress reporting, and follow-through.
Monitor commitments and project health, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain visibility into execution gaps and blockers.
Prepare portfolio updates, executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials on progress, risks, and organizational performance.
Establish intake, triage, and prioritization processes, coordinating demand and delivery commitments against capacity and strategic priorities.
Improve operating processes, tools, standards, management routines, and operational performance metrics.
Support organizational planning, quarterly priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational transformation efforts.
