Requirements
- Bring 7+ years across RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing or sales ops engineering, or internal tools, with hands-on building experience.
- Have 2+ years managing builders or technical roles.
- Have experience developing people into stronger roles.
- Build with AI agents, workflow tools such as Cargo, Clay, n8n, or Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and Git.
- Have established review, documentation, and rollback practices for systems other people depend on.
- Understand the marketing, sales, and customer success funnel.
- Strong written communication is required for the documentation-first culture.
- Nice to have: HubSpot workflows and APIs, Cursor or Claude, SQL, Snowflake, experience building a GTM or RevOps engineering team, or usage-based or fintech GTM experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop GTM engineers across marketing, sales, and platform work.
- Hire additional GTM engineers.
- Set version control, review, documentation, and ownership practices for production workflows, agents, and integrations.
- Build team infrastructure, including agents and tooling for assigning, tracking, and maintaining work.
- Partner with GTM planners on roadmaps, feasibility, sequencing, and project staffing.
- Represent the team to AI enablement engineering and shape handoffs from GTM engineering prototypes to long-term engineering ownership.
- Own relationships with technical vendors the team builds on.
