Requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Have working proficiency in Excel.
- Have proven experience using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
- Understand SaaS and go-to-market metrics.
- Understand the three financial statements and how they connect.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Experience presenting data findings to executives is beneficial but not required.
- Experience in finance business systems or software implementation is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support HR and Legal leaders with forecast updates, purchase and headcount approvals, and data reconciliations.
- Assist other departments with forecasting and reconciliation work to keep reporting consistent.
- Support implementation of new FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software.
- Gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders and translate them into system specifications.
- Validate data migrations, data mappings, and reporting outputs for accuracy and completeness.
- Document current-state and future-state financial processes to guide system design.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve financial reporting efficiency.
- Prepare presentation materials and assist with ad-hoc strategic and operational projects for Finance leadership.
