Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in test automation roles.
Have a track record of owning framework design or technical decisions.
Have hands-on experience with Python 3; experience with other object-oriented languages is a plus.
Understand programming techniques and algorithms, including object-oriented programming and multithreading.
Have experience automating REST APIs and/or SDK-type interfaces.
Have strong Linux skills.
Understand the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Have experience with version control and issue tracking, including Git and JIRA.
Bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach to cross-team work.
Selenium experience is a plus.
Experience with pytest, Robot Framework, or custom test automation frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions is a plus.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS/GCP cloud environments is a plus.
Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, CTI, or other contact center, telephony, or CCaaS technologies is a plus.
Experience mentoring other engineers is a plus.

Design, write, and maintain end-to-end automated tests for the Five9 Virtual Contact Center application.
Analyze test results using framework and product logs, and investigate failures to root cause.
Extend and support the Python automation framework.
Build internal tools that make testing faster and more reliable.
Improve CI/CD integration, parallel execution, and framework stability while reducing flaky tests.
Identify and fix weak points in existing automated flows, and track their efficiency over time.
Partner with Development, DevOps, and TechOps to align automation priorities with company strategy.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute ideas to improve tools and processes.
