Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, audit, tax, bookkeeping, or finance operations.
- Hold a CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, EA, or equivalent professional credential.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Be comfortable with common accounting tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong written communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic accounting scenarios and tasks, including financial statement preparation and tax filings.
- Review AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Create structured examples that reflect accountants' reasoning through problems.
- Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in accounting tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.
