Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced, professional-level Excel expertise.
- Have advanced Excel formula experience, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and dynamic arrays.
- Have experience with PivotTables, data modeling, and dashboards.
- Have experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
- Have hands-on professional experience applying Excel in office or retail management.
- Demonstrate career progression in the field.
- Be available at least 20 hours per week during weekdays.
- Be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving AI model performance on Excel-based tasks in office or retail management.
- Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks based on professional experience.
- Write accurate, well-structured solutions to Excel tasks.
- Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions and provide clear written feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
