Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of experience building and maintaining production web apps.
- Bring hands-on experience with React using TypeScript or modern JavaScript.
- Have full proficiency with a Python web framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Be comfortable with basic DevOps on AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience is nice to have.
- Experience building software for regulated or enterprise domains is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features across a Python/Django backend and React front end.
- Ship CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
- Deploy on AWS using Terraform.
- Collaborate directly with customers and the internal operations team.
- Turn customer and operations feedback into product improvements.
- Support integrations with third-party systems, including ERPs, CRMs, and HR systems.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and technical planning.
- Continuously refactor the software.
