Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, developing and delivering production-grade applications.

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production-grade applications.
Strong backend development expertise, preferably with C# and .NET or another mainstream backend technology.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and modern application deployment practices.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
Experience using AI coding assistants regularly and reviewing, validating, debugging, and improving AI-generated code.
Understanding of AI agent architecture, integration patterns, and interactions with software applications.
Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments.
Candidates must be physically located in Brazil.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications across the technology stack.
Build backend services, REST APIs, user interfaces, and data models.
Own software features from technical design and implementation through testing and production deployment.
Develop AI agents that extend existing enterprise applications and integrate them into shared platforms.
Implement secure interactions between AI agents and application services, including agent registration, configuration, and tenant-specific deployment.
Use AI coding assistants and development agents for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, code generation, and documentation.
Provide instructions, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria to coding agents, then review and validate their output.
Troubleshoot technical issues using application logs, monitoring solutions, and AI-assisted diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with platform engineering, product, quality, and software engineering teams on integrations, designs, and architecture.
Participate in code reviews, automated build and deployment processes, and continuous improvement.
