Requirements
- Proven experience managing software development projects in startup or fast-paced technical environments.
- Experience coordinating small technical teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and cross-functional delivery demands.
- A hands-on, execution-driven approach and strong ownership mindset.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Availability to work with U.S. time-zone overlap.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as ClickUp is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate concurrent software projects across web, backend, automation, database, and mobile development teams.
- Lead sprint planning, standups, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Write project specifications and organize technical requirements.
- Help prioritize roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders to align expectations.
- Identify project blockers, delivery risks, and execution gaps, and drive resolution.
- Manage workflows, sprint organization, and project visibility using ClickUp.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead and engineering team on delivery quality and process improvement.
