Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of project management experience.
- Have a track record of leading cross-functional teams on successful technical projects in a consulting environment.
- Understand agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes.
- Have experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule.
- Be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Salesforce or other enterprise CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in entrepreneurial and startup environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium and large-scale IT projects using the Salesforce platform, from initiation through launch.
- Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope, estimate budgets, and document requirements for client approval.
- Plan projects using agile methodologies and lead stand-ups, sprint planning and grooming, release planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional teams and coordinate with resource management on project staffing.
- Monitor and report on project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain project knowledge bases and update Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana.
- Discuss scope, budget, and schedule adjustments with clients.
