Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional project or program management experience in a fast-paced tech or B2B SaaS environment.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using structured methodologies.
- Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint decks, status reports, and written project documentation.
- Use modern project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet to build dashboards and track SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally, build relationships, track dependencies, and manage deadlines across stakeholders.
- Support departmental operating rhythms, including setting agendas, tracking decision logs, and following up on action items.
- Use discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive security, personnel, or operational information.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a bonus.
- Experience supporting digital transformation programs or coordinating deliverables across multiple business units is a bonus.
- Experience supporting IT or Security leadership with operating cadences, QBRs, and executive communications is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Set agendas, track action items, and drive follow-through for leadership staff meetings, QBRs, and cross-functional syncs.
- Maintain project dashboards and KPI scorecards across top IT and Security initiatives.
- Keep schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks current.
- Track milestones and coordinate cross-functional deliverables with the Digital Transformation Team.
- Prepare executive-ready decks, status reports, and updates for the CIO, CISO, and leadership team.
- Connect Engineering, Finance, People, Legal, and RevOps to keep dependencies moving.
