Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, system engineering, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
- Have experience deploying, integrating, or troubleshooting complex systems.
- Understand networking fundamentals at least at CCNA level, including TCP/IP, routing and switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and security considerations.
- Have experience with Linux systems and APIs.
- Be comfortable analyzing logs, configurations, and technical issues.
- Communicate technical topics clearly with engineers and customers.
- Speak English at B2/C1 level.
- Polish B2 is listed in the posting’s language requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of AVSystem solutions in customer environments.
- Lead deployments, integrations, configuration, testing, and production rollouts.
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers, Engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across network, system, and application layers.
- Participate in technical discussions about architecture, integrations, and solution design.
- Translate customer needs into practical technical solutions.
- Support customer onboarding and knowledge transfer.
