Requirements
- Have Cisco networking experience.
- Have Cisco ACI experience.
- Have experience with F5 load balancers.
- Bring strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Have experience working in complex enterprise or banking environments.
- Understand change management and production support processes.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available for regular evening and weekend maintenance activities.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership.
- Have communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan customer networks in ACI and legacy environments for new and existing customers.
- Plan infrastructure from ticket information and create low-level design documents.
- Coordinate implementation steps with Windows, Unix, Database, and Storage infrastructure areas.
- Create service requests for implementing design documents.
- Carry out planned network configurations.
- Perform quality assurance, analysis, and troubleshooting according to company process specifications.
- Create and implement changes.
- Define network concepts and produce HLD and LLD documentation.
- Document work in accordance with company guidelines.
