Requirements
- Have proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Bring strong IFS or IFS Cloud transformation experience.
- Have a background in business transformation and organisational change.
- Have experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
- Have communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have experience in multinational, complex business environments.
- Be fluent in English.
- Finnish language skills are a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead a complex ERP transformation programme end-to-end.
- Drive the migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud.
- Bridge business and technology teams.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Establish governance, alignment, and decision-making across the organisation.
- Lead change management and business transformation activities.
