Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Extensive project management experience, including coordination and resource tracking.
- Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
- Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems is preferred.
- Experience working with corporate, retail, and security-based organizations.
- Ability to structure projects, define milestones, and align stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to travel throughout North America, with potential for international travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sale consulting, testing and evaluations, and deployment needs assessments for corporate leaders, technology decision-makers, and program managers.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute implementations of Axon products, supporting integration and customer use of hardware and software.
- Manage large or complex deployments, defining project scope, meeting timelines, and coordinating stakeholder communications.
- Work with C-suite leaders, IT directors, and security directors to support product adoption and implementation.
- Develop and deliver customer training plans and materials, and document training sessions and deployment milestones.
- Record customer feature requests and issues and share feedback with sales, product management, and other internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management on customer projects.
- Use Smartsheet to manage timelines, track resource allocation, and report project status.
