Requirements
- Build, test, and manage campaigns and automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Support campaign execution across email, webinars, paid programs, and content syndication.
- Work with Salesforce CRM campaign tracking and integration for attribution and reporting.
- Track campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead progression.
- Maintain marketing databases, including list imports, deduplication, segmentation, and field standardization.
- Support lead scoring and nurture program maintenance.
- Coordinate translation and localization of marketing content across formats.
- Manage localization turnaround times, versions, and approvals using a tracker.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Support campaign execution across email, webinars, paid programs, and content syndication.
- Ensure campaigns are tagged, tracked, and integrated with Salesforce CRM for attribution and reporting.
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset delivery with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- QA campaigns before launch, checking links, form routing, list segmentation, and mobile rendering.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and lead progression through the funnel.
- Maintain marketing database hygiene through list imports, deduplication, segmentation, and field standardization.
- Support lead scoring and nurture program maintenance.
- Coordinate translation and localization of marketing content and maintain a localization tracker.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Content, Design, and Sales; document processes and suggest workflow improvements.
