Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles.
- Bring experience ideally focused on mid-market and below.
- Have strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry.
- Have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Show a strong interest in working in the partner community and advocating for partners.
- Demonstrate a bias to action and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates.
- Advise partners on solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver quality service.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
- Support partner engagement, expansion, and retention across the partner base.
