Requirements
- Have 5+ years in a design role in an agency or in-house studio.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating strength across digital and campaign design, including conceptual pieces and high-volume work.
- Have expert-level Figma skills.
- Have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Demonstrate excellent typography, hierarchy and layout skills, including at small sizes and in busy social feeds.
- Work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Be able to take direction, sharpen work and keep projects moving.
- iGaming, sports betting or entertainment experience is a bonus.
- High-volume CRM or lifecycle design experience is a bonus.
- Motion or 3D capability is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design campaign visuals and materials across push, email, in-app messaging, content cards, bottom sheets, promo cards, details pages, paid social, OOH and video.
- Take briefs from concept through to spec-correct final delivery.
- Build and improve design-system components, templates and usage guidance.
- Work alongside creatives, motion designers and creative operations on shared projects.
- Hand off clean files with correct naming, sensible versioning and accessible layers.
- Build legal, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements into designs from the start.
