Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in motion design and 3D.
- Provide a reel that convincingly demonstrates motion design and 3D skills.
- Have expert skills in After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Have strong design fundamentals in type, composition, and colour.
- Be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Be comfortable working within a design system.
- Be able to manage several deliverables and render deadlines at once.
- Use good judgment about where AI video and image tools add value.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion for brand campaigns, feature launches, social, CRM, and in-product promotions.
- Build 2D and 3D assets and scenes for game launches, product, and brand campaigns.
- Own a reusable 3D and motion asset library, including templates and rigs for the team.
- Refine and apply Casino motion principles with the design team.
- Storyboard and pitch motion ideas early in the concept process.
- Edit, grade, and finish video, including channel-specific versioning and cutdowns.
- Art-direct or collaborate with external motion and 3D partners.
- Ensure disclaimer and responsible gaming messaging in video is legible and displayed for sufficient time.
