Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in graphic or digital design, with significant performance or direct-response work.
- Provide a portfolio showing high-volume performance creative and strong craft.
- Have deep experience with design systems and templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and with motion design programmes.
- Have a working understanding of performance metrics and examples of design decisions informed by data.
- Have experience producing design output across multiple markets and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong typography, hierarchy and layout skills at small sizes on busy feeds.
- Balance speed and accuracy when producing work.
- Be able to take direction, sharpen the work and keep moving.
- Bonus: iGaming, sportsbook, fintech or app-based subscription experience.
- Bonus: experience with DCO platforms or creative automation tools.
- Bonus: experience designing app store assets.
Responsibilities
- Design performance media creative for paid social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate and CRM.
- Build and improve modular, test-ready templates and component libraries for rapid versioning.
- Design state-by-state and market-by-market compliance lockups for responsible gaming messaging, age requirements and terms.
- Partner with Paid Media and Analytics on structured tests of layout, offer presentation, imagery, colour and CTA.
- Use test results to inform design decisions.
- Work with designers, motion designers and creative operations on shared projects.
- Keep static and animated assets aligned as a single system with Motion.
- Explore dynamic creative, automation and AI-assisted versioning workflows.
- Hand off clean files with correct naming, sensible versioning and accessible layers.
