Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of project management experience, including Salesforce implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
- Have a strong, confident client presence and navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and difficult conversations.
- Have working knowledge of Salesforce and agile delivery; the team uses a modified agile approach.
- Have experience with a PSA and/or project management tools.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable owning engagements and contributing to process-building in a boutique consulting environment.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is a bonus.
- Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
- Experience in AEC, building products, or manufacturing is a bonus.
- Experience managing projects involving integrations, Data Cloud, or Agentforce is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead several concurrent Salesforce implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
- Build and own project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets, and resolve conflicts.
- Serve as the primary client contact, run status meetings, and set expectations.
- Document, approve, and track change requests, and communicate their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate consultants, architects, developers, and client teams.
- Track and report scope, schedule, quality, and cost; log risks and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain project information in PSA and internal systems.
- Refine delivery processes and project management standards, and mentor newer project managers and coordinators.
