Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with organic social media growth.
- Hands-on content creation and content management experience.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and organic acquisition.
- Experience coordinating across marketing, design, and development teams.
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper.
- Familiarity with Buffer or Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Strong organizational and project execution skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research, build content strategies, and manage backlink and domain authority initiatives.
- Create, manage, repurpose, schedule, and publish blog, social media, PR, and marketing content.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, research, copywriting, repurposing, and marketing analysis, and build AI into recurring workflows.
- Coordinate landing pages, website updates, content publishing, and SEO improvements with developers.
- Track marketing performance, maintain reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support email marketing, Google Ads, and broader revenue initiatives, ensuring campaigns are tracked and measured.
- Coordinate projects across marketing, design, and development teams using Slack and Asana.
