Requirements
- Have 5+ years of design experience across brand and digital.
- Have at least 2 years owning a conceptual design function.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating system thinking and standout individual work.
- Have expert-level Figma skills.
- Have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Be able to art-direct motion and 3D convincingly.
- Be able to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and commercial teams, and hold a design position with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across brand campaigns, feature launches, in-product experiences, and always-on marketing.
- Protect and iterate the Casino visual identity and its design system, including type, colour, layout, imagery, and iconography principles.
- Direct and review the team's work, providing actionable feedback.
- Work with Product Design and Brand to keep marketing and in-app experiences visually coherent.
- Art-direct external photographers, illustrators, motion studios, and retouchers.
- Present design work to senior leadership and explain the thinking behind it.
- Ensure responsible gaming design includes legible disclaimers, accessible messaging, and clear information about odds, value, and offers.
