Requirements
- Have experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role at a B2B software company.
- Have designed cross-team processes from scratch and owned them end to end.
- Be hands-on with AI workflows using LLMs and agents, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Be comfortable with prompts, scripts, APIs, integrations, and using a terminal.
- Know tools used by product and customer-facing teams, including Linear, Notion, Slack, and Zendesk.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
- Be proactive and resourceful when working through ambiguity and blockers.
- Think systematically about designing and simplifying processes.
- Bonus: Have run launches for enterprise customers involving configuration, training, or rollout.
Responsibilities
- Design and run processes that inform customer-facing teams about launches, changes, and product roadmaps.
- Prepare launch readiness, release notes, roadmap updates, and enablement for implementations, support, and sales.
- Coordinate early access with customers and close the loop on launch outcomes.
- Design and run intake processes for customer issues, requests, and feedback from implementations, support, and sales.
- Triage and route customer input to the appropriate product manager with useful context.
- Ensure people who submit feedback hear what happened and identify patterns across customers.
- Build and maintain AI agents and automations for triage, release notes, roadmaps, and feedback synthesis.
- Create reusable workflow patterns for the company.
