Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG or knowledge-base systems.
- Be comfortable with prompt design, tool/function calling, and API integration.
- Have used Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool for shipped work, not only experimentation.
- Have strong general engineering skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Have experience with REST APIs, cloud services, and webhooks.
- Have experience building and operating Slack apps or bots, including the Slack API, event subscriptions, and bot deployment.
- Have project management and communication skills to support users while working at a technical level.
- Be able to work independently, prioritize a mixed support and build queue, and document work as it progresses.
- Have an advanced level of English.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day support for Langdock, Gemini, and internal AI tools, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations.
- Monitor platform health and adoption.
- Keep runbooks and documentation current.
- Build custom integrations, Slackbots, and agents connecting AI tools to internal content and workflows.
- Build production-ready tools with monitoring and evaluation.
- Scope, prioritize, and route incoming AI use-case requests to the appropriate tool.
- Keep stakeholders updated as requests progress.
