Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in solution architecture.
- Be able to lead discovery, navigate ambiguity, and communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Have experience designing end-to-end solutions, including integrations, data architecture, and process strategy.
- Hold Salesforce certifications; Architect track certifications are strongly preferred.
- Experience in AEC, building products, or manufacturing is a significant plus.
- Be comfortable owning engagements and contributing to process-building in a boutique consulting environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-adjacent solutions is a bonus.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato is a bonus.
- Experience with TrebleHook or similar Salesforce OEM/ISV products is a bonus.
- A background building repeatable delivery frameworks or practice standards is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior architectural and strategic lead on client projects from discovery through go-live.
- Lead business process design, solution architecture, and integration design with Technical Architects.
- Drive client discovery, construct proposals, present recommendations, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and maintain trusted-advisor relationships across engagements.
- Contribute to scoping, estimation, and proposal development with sales and leadership.
- Help develop and refine delivery processes, standards, and architectural best practices.
- Mentor and guide consultants and junior architects.
