Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Senior Solution Architect.
- Have experience with end-to-end implementations, including implementations from scratch.
- Have Salesforce integration experience across business systems and experience working with integration tools.
- Demonstrate advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation, and implementation using Salesforce best practices.
- Have experience overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Have project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
- Understand SDLC approaches, including Agile.
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of declarative configuration and when to use Apex and Visualforce.
- Hold Salesforce certifications and be open to obtaining certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired states, and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Create requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Create workflow diagrams for current and future business environments.
- Develop wireframes to clarify the user interface for clients.
- Coordinate between business, technology, and QA teams and facilitate resolution of user issues.
- Lead functional teams in choosing declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.
- Lead hands-on deployments across Salesforce sandboxes and production organizations.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, product roadmaps, and AppExchange applications.
