Job Details

Have between 0 and 5 years of professional experience.
Communicate excellently in spoken and written English and lead detailed conversations confidently.
Demonstrate active listening and curiosity about people, career goals, and motivations.
Build rapport with a friendly, approachable, and professional communication style.
Engage effectively with professionals from different backgrounds and industries.
Show attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills when documenting candidate information and maintaining records.
Follow structured processes and communication guidelines while keeping conversations personalized.
Manage daily tasks independently and meet expectations.
Be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Be comfortable communicating primarily with candidates and professionals based in the United States.

Conduct introductory calls with candidates interested in opportunities.
Follow interview scripts and conversation guidelines while keeping conversations engaging.
Understand candidates’ professional backgrounds, career aspirations, experience, and motivations.
Gather candidate preferences, including desired roles, availability, compensation expectations, and potential start dates.
Explain recruitment processes and clarify application next steps.
Record detailed candidate notes and keep candidate records organized and up to date.
Communicate with candidates before and after calls, handling follow-ups and process-related questions.
Coordinate with recruiters and team members to support candidate handovers and recruitment workflows.
Use AI-powered recruitment tools and digital technologies to support communication and recruitment operations.
