Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience working in the United States.
- Have hands-on experience with Cognizant/TriZetto Facets, including integrations, extension points, and batch processing.
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills, including complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Know the Facets data model and healthcare application architecture.
- Have experience supporting AWS deployments and cloud-based application environments.
- Understand system integration architectures involving APIs, file-based interfaces, and batch jobs.
- Be able to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Have experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Understand software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Bring analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Preferred: experience with healthcare payer systems, including claims, enrollment, benefits administration, or provider management.
- Preferred: experience with .NET applications, ETL processes, batch scheduling tools, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automated deployments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into technical specifications, system designs, and implementation plans.
- Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare applications built on the Cognizant/TriZetto Facets platform.
- Manage Facets integrations, extension points, batch processing, and related application components.
- Perform complex SQL queries, data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and technical partners.
- Support application deployments and operational activities in AWS-based cloud environments.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot defects, and coordinate resolutions.
- Contribute to integrations involving APIs, file-based interfaces, and batch processing.
- Participate in application enhancements, cloud modernization, and system optimization.
- Follow Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices, maintain technical documentation, and communicate project progress.
