Requirements
- Have experience supporting EDI operations, SBT platforms, and integration capabilities.
- Understand EDI transaction flows, document mapping, data transformation, and business requirements.
- Have experience troubleshooting interfaces, data errors, and application connectivity issues.
- Be familiar with ERP systems, databases, APIs, file transfers, and integration workflows.
- Have experience writing SQL database queries.
- Have experience with Marc Systems magazine and book modules.
- Have experience onboarding trading partners and coordinating EDI testing and certification.
- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, and functional acknowledgments.
- Manage EDI maps, document standards, communication protocols, and partner-specific requirements.
- Monitor daily transaction processing for accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Investigate rejected, failed, duplicated, or delayed transactions and implement automation and preventative measures.
- Provide technical support and coordinate EDI testing, certification, and implementation with customers and vendors.
- Maintain integrations between SBT, business applications, databases, and external platforms; troubleshoot data flows, interface failures, connectivity, and mapping issues.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, IT, Sales, Logistics, and other teams to resolve data gaps and improve integration reliability.
- Support payment reconciliation, clear accounts receivable for SBT and other sub-ledger accounts, and develop required AI solutions and automations.
- Maintain technical documentation, process maps, mapping specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
