Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Bring 6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer.
- Have experience with React and TypeScript.
- Write clean, high-quality code.
- Have extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment.
- Know when and how to use AI to improve development velocity without compromising React codebase maintainability.
- Focus on testing, stability, and performance.
- Bring a customer-centric mindset toward the needs of dental practices.
- Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and remain open to feedback.
- Tailwind experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the release of major frontend features and product updates.
- Manage the production lifecycle of assigned domains to support a seamless experience for dental practices.
- Use AI tools such as Claude in daily development to improve efficiency.
- Develop and refine AI-powered customer interfaces, focusing on intuitive and high-performing product updates.
- Collaborate with the Backend team to integrate the Java Spring Boot backend with the React/TypeScript frontend.
- Participate in code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency.
- Estimate and plan development efforts to support timely, high-quality delivery.
